ServerHouse have a 24x7 NOC (Network Operations Centre) where we use state of the art monitoring tools to enable us to oversee the operation of our data centres and our customer's systems.

Our NOC runs continuously and can monitor almost anything from DNS zone presence, web server content, performance and VPN functionality to disc space, usage, CCTV activity, power quality and more.

We do more than just monitor your systems, we have real people available 24x7 to diagnose, re-act, resolve and rescue - Our solutions are bespoke to your needs

How it Works

  1. You provide information on the systems you'd like monitored.
  2. In the event of your system falling outside of the agreed parameters we take the agreed action, this can be can e-mail, page, sms(text), tweet, fax or phone call or an active response, escalating faults to your provider or re-starting services
  3. In addition to this our IT Response can pre-empt and resolve problems reducing your workload and negating the need for on-call staff.
  4. We can monitor and report on system usage, security, availability, performance ensure your hosted environment is delivering what you're paying for
  5. We can also field calls from your customer base and provide technical triage services.
